OUR PEOPLE
DEBBIE LEHARDY
Debbie LeHardy is the Member Manager and majority owner of Rocket Media. She was president of Debbie LeHardy & Co., LLC, a leading communications, events and marketing firm in the Washington, DC area for 23 years. Debbie leads Rocket in our strategic planning and marketing, as well as day to day operations. Her infectious energy brings positive outcomes to every project.
TOM FELIU
Tom Feliu has produced, directed, and written hundreds of award-winning productions ranging from national PBS series and documentaries to dramatic narratives and communications projects for Fortune 500 and Government clients. Prior to co-founding Rocket Media Group in 2004, he was co-founder of Renaissance Media, which he operated out of Denver, Colorado, for 14 years.
WARD LEHARDY
Ward LeHardy is co-founder of Rocket Media Group and the former President of Greenlight Productions, a full-service production company that operated in the Washington, DC, area for many years. Mr. LeHardy brings over 25 years of experience producing award-winning film and video projects for broadcast, corporate, and government clients.
SKIP COBLYN
Skip Coblyn joined Rocket Media Group as Producer/Director in 2015, after collaborating as a freelancer for five years. Skip was Producer for Rocket’s award-winning series of FBI dramatic short films, as well as on projects for The Department of Labor, the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, the Department of Veteran Affairs, NIH, and the U.S. Army, among others. Before Rocket, Skip produced or worked on projects for public television, national corporations, non-profit organizations, and the Library of Congress.
LESLIE RALSTON-RAKOW
As production manager at Rocket Media Group for more than 10 years, Leslie Ralston-Rakow has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from crewing for studio and location productions to managing logistics on complex public television documentaries and dramatic narrative films. Leslie also has an extensive background as an editor for clients including Discovery Networks, National Geographic, Department of Veterans Affairs, Pentagon Channel and many other broadcast
and federal agencies.
MIKE ENGLE
Mike Engle serves as full-time Editor, cutting a range of projects from dramatic narratives to agent training series. Mike brings a passion for excellence
to every project.
SAMANTHA HUGHES
Sami Hughes is a highly-skilled, detail-oriented video editor with exceptional creativity. She also serves as a 2D and 3D graphic artist and motion designer with a vast array of design concepts. She brings extraordinary energy and charisma to every project and unparalleled passion to her craft.
SETH USHER
Seth Usher is an exceptional 3D Modeler and Animator who hones his craft by creating 3D worlds and populating them with avatars, environments, and items for highly detailed, real-time, and life-like simulations. He brings strong skills and 3D knowledge to all of his projects.
PATTIE BROWN
Pattie Brown is Rocket's Facility Security Officer and manages our Top Secret clearance as well as individual clearance processing for all employees.
MARIE MURRAY
Marie Murray manages our accounts receivables and tracks all invoicing on a monthly basis for all customers.
IRENE TZAMARAS
Irene Tzamaras is our business compliance manager and bookkeeper. She manages all tax related issues and handles our books and payables.
OUR FACILITIES
Our Facilities Include Five State-of-the-art broadcast quality non-linear editing and post-production suites, including Final Cut Pro and Avid Adrenaline, to Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve.
We also have a professional recording booth for voice over work. In addition, our stable of editors are some of the best in the business, bringing creativity and speed to every project.
Graphics capabilities include Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and multiple 3-D modeling tools.
