Gone Fishin:
The Challenge: Promote patient 'buy-in' for a new
program designed to reduce patient waiting times at VA clinics.
The Solution: Create light-hearted and memorable
videos targeted to VA patients that show how, with their
help, the VA is shortening patient waiting time at local
clinics. "Gone Fishin" is a light-hearted conversation
between two old friends at a local fishing hole. One vet
has recently experienced the new Advanced Access program
at his local VA hospital and he tries to convince his skeptical
friend that it really is "a new day at the VA."
